Permits for Overseas Customers

Customers sending samples from overseas are required to complete and attach the relevant AQIS form. Failure to do so may result in delay and fines by the Australian Quarantine.

Sending samples from Overseas to APAF


1. Print the appropriate APAF service request form for your required service. Read and ensure that you are following all instructions carefully.
2. Attach the appropriate AQIS Permit to the outside of your package.

3. On your company letterhead download the Quarantine Letter, sign and attach a copy to the outside of the package.

Important Note:


If the AQIS Permit and quarantine letter are not attached to your shipment, it is likely that your samples will not be received due to delays at Australian customs.

Customs and Quarantine Charges


Customs and quarantine fees are charged at $90 per shipment. This fee is will be passed onto the client. This fee is subject to change.

World Courier (www.worldcourier.com)

Dried or gel plug samples originating overseas can be shipped at room temperature by courier services.
